01Shipping policy

All orders ship via Australia Post Express — A$15 per order, free on orders over A$250 (calculated after discounts).

• Orders confirmed before 12:00pm AEST on a business day are dispatched the same or next business day.
• Once payment is received, orders ship within 24 hours and a tracking number is sent to your Telegram.
• Packaging is plain and unbranded. Typical delivery is 1–3 business days Australia-wide.
• We ship to Australian addresses only. Risk passes to the researcher on dispatch; lost parcels are pursued with Australia Post using the tracked number.

02Payment policy

You are never asked to pay on this website. After you place an order, we confirm it and send a secure payment link to your Telegram within 2 hours.

• Orders are only prepared once payment is received through the issued link.
• We never see or store your card details — payments run through the link provider.
• If your payment link has not arrived within 2 hours, message us on Telegram and we will re-send it.
• An unpaid order simply lapses — no fees, no follow-up pressure.

03Returns & compliance

All products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not approved by the TGA or any regulator, and are not for human or veterinary consumption.

• Because of the nature of research compounds, returns are not accepted once a parcel has shipped. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us on Telegram within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right.
• Buyers must be 18+ and qualified to handle research chemicals. By ordering you accept responsibility for safe handling, storage and disposal.
• No dosing, administration or usage advice is provided, now or ever.

04Privacy in one paragraph

We collect only what fulfilment requires: your name, delivery address, Telegram username and order contents. Order records are kept so we can issue payment links, ship, and support your order. Order records are stored in our Supabase database in Sydney and are accessible to authorised store administrators. Cloudflare hosts this website. Your cart is stored in your browser; admin sessions last for the browser tab session. If you use the Telegram order message button, your order details are copied so you can send them to our team on Telegram. We do not sell your data. Contact us on Telegram for privacy or deletion requests.
